I am on the 40 day self empowerment program. I am starting on day 6-8 now. When I first started the program. My bio electricity went through the roof and now every time I meditate. I can't feel an increase in my bio electricity. I feel stuck or I'm not making progress anymore. Has anyone gone through this?

Not feeling a drastic increase in power does not mean you are stuck. There may be subtle increases in power or you may notice you become more open to the spiritual. Stick with the 40 Day Meditation Program to the end. If you keep a consistent meditation schedule for several weeks and still feel that you are not making progress, then you may be stuck. If you do get stuck, change up your meditation program by trying new meditations or exercises to keep making progress.
