Astrology and Chart Rulers

It says on JOS "The chart ruler in the 12th (House) will give
psychic ability, the need for solitude, behind the scenes activity."
Does this apply if Saturn is your Chart Ruler? Because I've noticed
Saturn tends to work backwards, and HP Maxine herself has written
that Saturn is "...vile, ugly and evil in every respect." Can anyone give
me information on Saturn as a Chart Ruler and if I should be concerned
about this?

I recently recovered from a horrible Saturn transit that began in late 2007. I really don't know much about astrology, but Satan told me to tell you to work with THOTH, focus on the Caduceus symbol and the element of Mercury. That's all I got from him in regards to your situation. He'll also help with your psychic ability. If you're one of the people who hasn't actually *seen* Satan or his Demons yet, you'll be able to at least feel their influence in your life. Also work with Azazel for prophesy and the like. His planet is Saturn and he can make it much better for you, as he rules the "higher octave" of Saturn, whatever that means.

Thank you very much for the information, I really appreciate it!
Aside from using the Caduceus symbol and the element of Mercury,
how else would you advise I work with Thoth and Azazel? Should I
meditate on them? Would using my rosary to vibrate their names help?

I will give a brief and vague message to the groups today regarding Thoth and the color blue, but I won't be able to give too many specifics because this is a work in progress.

I'm not sure of a specific mantra for Saturn ruling your 12th house. I will have to check my sources because I SUCK at astrology and what to do with it. Too damn complicated for my area of talents. You could always e-mail Maxine maxine.dietrich@... It may take a while for her to get back with you, but she can answer your question because she's an expert at this. You can mention what I said about Thoth and Azazel with Azazel ruling the "higher octaves" of Saturn.

In the subject title headline, just put "Saturn in 12th House" and I'm sure that will get her attention. I'm sure that she can give you some advice when she can get around to it.
