Hello, I was astral projecting in my sleep last night, and I thought
about where I wanted to go, as soon as I said it, I found myself back in

It's very easy to return to the body when you first begin to project. You kind of "reset" when you willed yourself somewhere, don't worry, this is pretty normal. You should just focus on sustaining your spirit out of your body and get used to moving it around your room before you try to project across the planet, galaxy, or anywhere else.
