Ansuz and Laguz

Would Ansuz and Laguz be the two best Runes to vibrate to increase my ability to see and hear "psychically"?

I haven't tried personally but that seems like it would work. What I did that gave good results was vibrate THURISAZ 108 times on my third eye for 4 days in a row. You don't have to do it so many times but you can if you want to. You can vibrate it on your clairaudience chakras as well.
