An argument with atheist has got me thinking..

Brothers & Sisters, I was bombarded with beliefs contradicting those of my own by my atheist brother and his girlfriend. It's got me thinking bad thoughts, and they made a point; all religions contradict the other ones, and brainwash those who are looking to improve their lives into believing a lie. So why wouldn't this be any different? I don't want it to be true, and I still wear my pentagram, but I need to speak with father Satan, if I am to continue spreading the word to the world of his existence. Please, if anyone has any expeirience with Enki, and how they've made contact him, or if you just have something to say.. Please do. Thankyou all!

Even if the Gods didn't exist we would still be the truth, like I said the teachings and spiritual techniques are real, they do empower your soul, you can see the effects if you try them and read the scientific research on kundalini yoga and other things which are real. Like I said, these are what we're mainly for, advancing our souls, the Gods are mostly here to guide us on our quest to Godhood.

Seriously, it's pretty annoying when people think of us as we're like christianity where all we have to do is pray in a xian way and depend on Satan all the time and follow rules or blindly believe what others say. We're not about that, and one should have to read everything in the site to see what we're about.

Question to ask your brother: "All mainstream religious people are close-minded and dismiss everything that isn't of their religion without even studying it. So how does this make you different when you make a STUPID generalization and dismiss it WITHOUT EVEN BOTHERING TO STUDY AND SEE WHAT WE'RE ABOUT?"

He's a poor example to make to prove that atheism is not a religion, because his thinking is pretty close minded and "religious" to me, i.e. dismissing anything that he doesn't believe in without even study8ing it. No seriously, HE is the one who needs to study if he wants to back up his generalizing statement, because making a generalization is pretty serious thing and you have to prove yourself. Especially if he considers us a "religion" in the same way as the others who claim to be religions.

Most of them are about making a miserable life and obeying stupid and strict rules but you're rewarded in the afterlife. They're about the afterlife, not this life. And that's why we're the opposite of them. Xianity is about going to heaven, hinduism is about liberation after death, buddhism the same thing e.t.c.

<td val[/IMG]ok you ask if anybody so here goes mine.I bought thye Satanic Bible and read it first,then I looked online to find a ritual I could perform to dedicate.It was from a site that is not Zevism,but I didn't understand the truth then.Next I performed a pact( again not knowing what the fuck I was doing)and then I heard voices say"you are ours now,we will protect you".So after that I got involved with another group that was not Zevism,and I learned of JoS from one of my emails.Not even sure which one.

So Father and the Gods did honor my poor excuse for a dedication,and I learned something that our clergy has always said,that it is not necessary to do another dedication,even when you understand the truth.Because when I joined this group,I did another dedication and nothing happened.Then my GD told my that even though I did a pact to Enki because I didn't know what I was doing,Enki still honored the first one as being the original dedication.I say all that to get newbi's to understand that it really is your heart and motives that Enki looks at,not the ritual or the way it was done.

First and foremost...to improve our lives and selves to our fullest potential is the main goal of Zevism, to become the best we can spiritually, mentally and physically. Atheists can only become the best in one category: physically. Then there is pretty much nothing you can do about that, just ignore them. It's exactly the same as talking to a fundie xian, whatever you tell them they'll say that we're "evil" and be like "LA LA LA I'm not listening". These people are just like fundie xians but instead of saying "all other religions are of the devil" they say "all religion is brainwashing".

A characteristic of being brainwashed is being close minded, and it's your brother and his gf who display that, not us. It sounds to me they are the brainwashed ones, they repeat the same "mantra" without any sense of reason or logic or taking a look at our site at all.

Athiest seem to have it all together...much of what they say does seem to make sense, some of it does have truths.

Aorta4hiphop,.....I tried the athiesm thought for about a month...literally, because I couldn't get over the FACT that I have ALWAYS KNOWN there are other beings in the cosmos, and I am a BEING, I HAVE A SOUL. I have memories of a few lifetimes. I have communicated with the Gods, seen Enki in a blessed vision given after I dedicated to him.

If/when you open yourself astrally, you will begin to notice that there is MORE to this universe, then just the PHYSICAL. We as humans have been given the gift of consciousness of ourselves, (by the gods themselves) and the other worlds around us. That seperates us from the other animals on this planet. Even in science, astronomy, there is "dark matter" that permeates 80% of our universe. 80% of this universe is a MYSTERY, even scientist don't have the answers.

I can't prove to you you have a soul. That is something you must do for yourself.
