Alcohol toxicity and spiritual development

I would like to ask if anyone else had a similar situation. I haven't drank alcohol for a long time, but it happens to everyone sometimes. Do you also feel very bad even after small amounts? Is it because we are constantly developing, working on our chakras, meditation. And our body rejects everything bad. Or is alcohol more toxic now than before? Do any of you still try alcohol?

Alcohol and cigarettes, drugs and psychiatric drugs= (not all) affect the energy and the aura. So you damage your open and developed chakras with such bad drinks and food. If you are already doing things like aura cleansing, you will mostly get rid of your addictions. But of course it's not for everybody. I've never used alcohol etc.

yes i have left clubbing and drinking or smoking and all of that. all of this substances are anti-life, and when you realize how much life can be fullfiling on our path and the true nature of things, the energies of clening or protection will wipe out bad tendencies.
