It's not an excerpt, the JoS page has the entire Al-Jilwah.

Look at the title of the PDF; "The Al-Jilwah & Mashaf Res". 2 texts. Only the 3 first pages of that PDF are the Al-Jilwah and it doesn't reference Gabriel. The rest is the Mashaf Res, a text so corrupted that isn't accepted by Spiritual Satanists or posted in the JoS site.
