Why can the heirs of hell potentially carry a lesser title than other gods who don't fall into this category?
Some high-ranking Gods are dukes and others are kings, some are presidents and others are princes

Can I take into account that there is no fixed place for all Gods?
On one planet or place in the astral realm, one Demon is king, while another in another part of the world is a prince within his realm? Or planet.

The entire Demons section of JoS is being updated a decent amount of the information needs fixing, I think stuff like your talking about is what will be primarily addressed, but I dont expect it to come quickly as its a big undertaking do to do correctly.

Nobility can get complicated because nobles can hold multiple territories, the importance of the territory is more important then the actual rank, a king of earth would be far beneath a Duke of Ducat
