No.. It doesn't mean anything except that the mirror is broken. You should push that to the list of "101 BS superstitions you should not believe in" and move on.

No mirrors do not cause bad luck. What you think and believe eventually can manifest in the real world because it has been given energy and a command to move to make it that way.
If you bind the necessary people, do aop and aura cleaning you should be fine.
