hi! im a beginner in meditation practices. i tried out the flame meditation because i felt ready for it. after i focused on the flame and put my hands over my eyes i focused on the little light that i saw. when i focused long enough i saw a giant red eye staring back at me! does anyone else see this? or do you think its just a trick of the light?

This is the enemy entity or a thoughtform. Do not pay attention, they will be "looking" all the time, especially when meditating or doing something damaging to them, such as Ritual. Keep your aura powerful and clean, and do not give enemy entities attention which they do not deserve. They thrive on attention.

This is most likely the enemy. You should only see the light from the flame after you close your eyes for however long.

When meditating, if assaulted by the enemy you can push them aside with a blast of void meditation. I think it was HP Pythia that said if the thought/interruption makes you distracted, it is the enemy.
Satan and His Demons will never do something to harm you or to make you lose focus. You are too important!
Then do more Rituals!
