A question about an experience I had.

A long time ago, I attempted to communicate with...about anything that could have shown to me.I sat on the floor, praying for communication, for something to show, I did it with my soul, and I was with my eyes closed,but something kind of appeared, a white sphere, that increased in intensity as I spoke, I was afraid of what it could be, so I interrupted the ritual and went to sleep. Any help or information about what could that be would be really helpful, thank you very much.

Welcome here. It is NOT wise giving out amy personal information on here, as the enemy would very much like to hurt, destroy or worse all of us.
