Mythology is not literal,"brother" doesn't mean they are two beings from the same parents.
You may feel them different because
-The ritual is inherently different
-You think they are different
-They are two separate aspect of a God.
A God, especially GOD himself, Zeus, is a very complex being, it's very simplified to think he is "one being". In reality he can have many "faces", aspects that can feel completely different from each other, as they embody something different.
Satya(Satan) and Baalzebul are 2 aspects of the same god, the God of Gods.
Study the Ethics, this may help you understand why there was a distinction and why they felt different. If you notice, the Satya ethics are more higher, ethereal, while the Baalzebul ethics are more to do with the lower realm.

I also felt their energies as different, just do Satan's Ritual again and Baalzebul's Ritual again and before hand ask for Satan/Zeus to show you that He is both or frankly just that He approves of this change and when you meditate on His sigil afterwards regardless of Ritual chosen you will know.
