Health #78069 Low self esteem, I can’t focus on myself

Im in my 20s, I have so many cringe memories in my past that I can’t left behind. I think about other people all the time, the things I’ve said, the things I did. I care about other people’s judgment and I hate being like that. But my brain just works like this right now. All I think is the past, other people’s life right now, the things I did, the things I said etc. Instead I want to be in the moment, be happy at the moment, be creative and productive. I want to be able to focus on myself and what I do. I can’t do, these useless thoughts just come to my mind all the time.
I don’t want to live like this, I can’t.. I need to somehow fix this. You will recommend me void meditation probably but I don’t really feel like that helps to me with this, maybe I didn’t do it long enough idk, how long do I need to do that to see actual changes? Are there other things that I can do?

You need to cleanse. Yes, Void will help if done daily.

Also you need to do newer things that lets you get past all these prior events, you are too frozen in your teenage years and childhood, your twenties are meant for expansion. Expand.

You should cleanse your chakras every day.

What does cleanse exactly means? I searched for cleaning chakras but couldn't find what exactly I need to do. But also the thing is; I have aphantasia and I'm not sure that type of visual practices works for me, I feel like it doesn't. I can not visualize, or visually see anything in my minds eye. Maybe I should do void meditation more often..

as you yourself wrote, this is due to low self-esteem and the fact that the mind takes over and is not commanded.
I tell you from experience, don't take emptiness meditation lightly because it actually helps a lot. Increase the minutes for which you do it and do it daily.
You can also carry out self-purification. I have opted in the past for a year-long cleansing, with sunlight and vibrating for 108 times SURYA.
Plus, work a lot with the chakras, purify those as well by visualizing them with an aura of sunlight around each one, rotate and align them
