I'll make this rather quick and straightforward.

I am an Zevism with a partner and children. Recently there is this woman who walked into my life who I have become so deeply drawn to, that I am considering having her as my second partner.

We get along extremely well. I've never had this type of connection, and it's beautiful and unlike anything I have ever felt.

My wife is alright with this, but I am unsure how to proceed with this correctly with magic, or if there is any ethical concerns I should be aware of?

So long as everyone is aware and consenting then it's fine. I doubt you will need any magic for this since everything seems worked out already.

The only thing I can say to consider is how it will affect your kids and your reputation outside the home. Polygamy is pretty taboo in most places.

Also, consider the effect it will have on your marriage down the line. Maybe you decide this other woman is the one for you and you lose attraction to your wife, or she decides to find boyfriends outside of you and leaves you.

You have to think ahead and decide if it's worth it and how deep you want to get into this because it could turn out messy.
