I think there can be an inclination to deception, but much depends where Mercury (7th house ruler) is placed in your chart. If Mercury is in Capricorn for example, this gives more seriousness and responsibility to your relationships. If Mercury is in Gemini or Pisces it may be more deceptive (it may be you or your partner deceptive).
You say you have a stellium in 7th house so, depending on which planets are involved, this changes much the 7th house energies.
