You have to take the whole chart into picture. Where abouts ie Saturn Retrograde in your chart? Is it your main ruler or is it in another house like the 6th of health or what?
Just looking at the retrograde planet in ones chart doesn't explain anything, you must take the whole chart to better understand its influences upon you.
