I’m aware a sigil looks like it for the Soul. I recall a thread someone said Ancient sites seem like circuitry on a PCB.
Has anyone ever used a design of Sigils for such endeavours? Or confabulated Sigil design for Electronic Engineering?

Actually, I would put it the other way around. That the electronics/technology we have is an extension of our souls.

1 ) portal technic is traditional westerner and ayanist training. Draw sigl with light as repeat the god name to get close to the god. Stick with sigil on it can be used to help focussing like ayanist stick
2) same but you must pass through by the portal by meditation
3) idem done om bed before sleeping, keep notebook of the dream since there will be ties to the sigil
4) draw physically on floor the sigil, as mecronomicon you may sleep on sigil or meditate at its center
5) same if no material draw instead with light 2d or 3d the sigil on floor and you are at the center. Then meditate.
6) god name on chakras corresponding
7) i never tried to do a radionic sigil but the idea is interressant lines in copper, circles could be copper springs as for triangles it a good question triangle in copper or a funnel if choose in 3d. To see the result you must use radiesthesy. Juste be careful where you let youe stuff. Serveanx did a phi on copper in a room but it was pointing to his bwdreom, he wake up with a burn on the face
8) i remark most sigil can be turned anticlockwise and superpose to your body following the 3 chakas line. Sigil are diagram tied together by a common drawing. You will remark often a repetitive pattern of 7 (7lines 7 passage around chakras,etc. Circle are spinning ,twice size other is twice focus but on general are reused a second time. Filled circle is filling it exces energy follow the lines.
Start rigth to left to figure out sigil usually 3 different or 4.
Triangle are funnels, filled imply you fill from out with energy.
To help ,remember that 3 knots are iron cross or if you prefer 2 or 4 or 6tj chakra witj knots
