If South Node is conjunct Uranus Aquarius in tight orb, would this mean Uranus in this instance can be treated more than just a generational influence and as something more personal to the native?

What are the requirements for such a thing with generational planets in general where they can be treated as more significant/personal?

If any of the 3 Transcendental Planets are retrograde, are the Chart Ruler or are in a critical degree then yes, they have a personal importance in a Chart.
