Woah, the 666 meditation is more powerful than RAUM? I'm wondering because I've done the 666 meditation without problems but fell asleep by dizziness like 1/8th into RAUM. Maybe their energies affect different people in different ways.

Rushing through them is not nearly as effective as taking your time and concentrating on them so that they are done with all your energy. That's why you raise your energies first, and THEN do the Ritual's. I personally like it best right after my yoga, as the yoga gets the energy moving, then the 666 meditation, invocation to Satan, and then the Ritual. Go for quality, not necessarily quantity. Do what you can but just do something.
brandon, four hours a day four times or more a week...where did this idea come from? I mean, that is a LOT of time every day. Like doing the spiritual equivalent of an Ironman Marathon every day. My concern is a new person seeing that might be discouraged and think I can't do that much in a day, let alone four times or more per week and so they don't do anything. HPS MD has said repeatedly to do what you can. If you can do that much all the week long that's great. I just wanted to clarify others can still contribute and not feel like they aren't doing enough in comparison to that yardstick.

Today I received an email from someone who claims to be from malawi and he took my email adrress from yahoo groups.So he wanted me to teach him to be a Zevism. But I don't understand why he sent me a personal email while he is on the group.He shuold have asked the HP then.
My reply to him was:we are not allowed to send personal email to members and he wants to know more about Satanism,the JoS website and yahoo groups are infront of him to study and learn if he is really serious.
I'm still new here and I give myself more time to study JoS web and read the posts from E-groups,that's what I was taught first time I came across the website and decided to dedicate my life to Father Lucifer.

What kind of negative side affects should i watch out for? Like... Is there a sensation of heat? Sorta feverish or warm is how I'd describe it. I don't know if it's the weather or whatever, but a coupke times, when i do the 666 Meditation before the Rituals, i get kinda hot. Is it that I'm doing that meditation too much? I do it before each Ritual because i want to put the most power i can into them. Sorry if that's a little off topic. But is heat one side affect?
I have type one diabetes. I've had it for the past 6-7 years or so.
