Are you dedicated? As in did you dedicate yourself to Satan? Many of the meditations and exercises on JoS can be very intense especially if you aren't dedicated to satan in the first place! If dedicated then split the days and see if the intense feeling becomes less overpowering. You are not...

I had great results during my Jupiter square - towards the end I sadly lost count of the days, and the results dropped almost at an instant. I started all over again last week and things are slowly picking up.

Hey Lance, I am familiar with those chants/beeja mantras for chakra activation - but those instructions weren't given to us by Father or his demons, the ones in the JoS meditation section are. The JoS chakra activation is very specific in its approach, and not difficult nor complexed once...

I don't really chant that loud, and the vibration hits the chakra right away. It may be different for you - I already practice a lot of vibration work with my Kundalini yoga and my mind seem to detect the sound current right away. Hail Satan!
