    Physical activities to promote spiritual health?

    Are there any physical tips that help facilitate spiritual growth? I find myself lacking in both areas, so I’m wondering if there is something I can do to help break free of the daily do-nothing-productive mentality I seem to have.

    Does PTSD drain the chakras?

    From a scale of 1 to 10, my libido hovers around a -4. I didn’t tell my SS friend this, and he said my Sacral Chakra looked “extremely low powered”. He said my Base Chakra looked low on power as well. I can’t see them, but I trust his word on it sknce I’ve been depressed the past 2-3 days...
