Does anyone have or able to make a list of specific properties of gems and their effects/uses? Thanks and much appreciated!

So I was reading up on the Magnus Opus on JoS, with no intentions of starting, but I was wondering if that was all of it. Mainly because there's no definitive "end" to it. I understand it's a process, but maybe I'm just not understanding fully. I understand you need both parts of the elixir but...
