I am doing mediatations from more than a month and i have got success in many of them. I wanna know that how can i know that who is my Gaurdian Demon so that i may summon him? Does it depends upon date of birth? If yes then its 24th of August.

I live in Pakistan and i wanna ask that can i get ur books of meditations here and if not then recommend me some books of meditations so that i may have a look for them.

I wanna know that while exhaling during third eye opening mediation, we have to exhale through mouth producing thuth sound or through the nose?
