Hi, I'm unsure if this is motivation problems or not, but every time I start to meditate I get easily distracted and lose focus and sometimes just stop meditating for long periods of times..
Logical solutions would be to:
1. Do void meditation;
2. Do solar chakra meditation for motivation;
3. Vibrate Sowilo and affirm that I'm motivated or something along those lines;
4. Go into trance and make myself motivated by programming my subconscious mind.
