Are men more varied than women?

This is likely a complicated subject but I’d like to do it justice without necessarily making it sound like something against either men or women. Additional information from people who would know more about this is appreciated.

It might just be my incomplete perspective as a man, but from my point of view men seem far more heterogeneous in personalities and types than women. That’s not meaning women don’t have variety in personalities, but it’s less varied and more monolithic. In intelligence for example you’ll find a lot more stupid men and genius men, while with women you’ll find less of each.

In terms of lifestyles, one man’s lifestyle could easily be radically different from another’s. You’ll have your nerds, athletes, gamers, and so on. You’ll get these with women as well but again it’s less common. With most women there’s a very strong focus on relationships, beauty and children, the hobby or personality types seems to come secondary, meanwhile the man’s focus is on the hobby or career far more strongly than relationships.

Being a woman in it of itself seems to be the lifestyle or hobby in the same way being an athlete let’s say is for a man. You’ll rarely find this in men where just being a man is the main hobby or personality, since with men there’s always a strong focus on “what does he do”, with women the pressure isn’t really the same, despite the recent cultural push for women to have careers.

I wonder if it’s because the main planetary influences on women are far less varied than for men. The only two feminine planets that I’m aware of are Venus and the Moon. The masculine planets include the Sun, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Pluto.

This could also be why you’ll find men doing most of the craziest things. Most extremists of all kinds, political, religious, lifestyle, risk takers, mystical orders where they do all kinda of strange practices , and any kind you can think of are men. Most billionaires and millionaires are men, likely again for this reason. Judging from the yoga votes HPS had recently most people here seem to be men as well.

That doesn’t mean women aren’t influenced by the masculine Planets as well, but it’s less pronounced than men, which may explain the vast variety in men I’m perceiving that I don’t see in most women.

The overfocus on beauty, relationships and motherhood that I see in women’s personalities may just be due to the less variety of main planetary influences they’re in tune with more strongly, Venus and Moon.

That being said, the human soul has more feminine chakras than masculine, with the heart, throat, ajna and crown all being feminine chakras, despite two of these chakras having masculine planets.

I hope I explained this fairly and objectively, but is my observation correct or is it just a incomplete perspective from a man’s side? Perhaps women see men as more monolithic than they actually are as well.

I’d deeply appreciate women’s perspectives on this topic.

Yes, because I have heard so many women say the exact opposite: That women are far more varied in personalities and types, and men are more limited.

From what I see and understand, it's even. But we (both men and women) seem to show the opposite gender a more limited aspect of ourselves. And with gender divisions and problems, many people are less likely, not comfortable, to fully reveal their entire personality to the opposite gender.

It's good to keep in mind that throughout recent history there were no opportunities for genius women to show their abilities to the world. Some did so with their husbands' help (when the husbands were able and also willing to provide this assistance), and ended up overshadowed by them to some extent anyway. Think of Marie Skłodowska-Curie.

Many times, due to a poor distribution of household and family duties, women had to give up on career advancement/hobbies and focus on motherhood, as you describe. Otherwise, I don't know any adult woman, with an adequate partner, and who has free time of her own, whose only concern is her relationship and her kids. The craze for boyfriends/girlfriends happens to everyone in adolescence.

this is a perspective of a misogynistic person clearly

In personalities or interests, this is even for men and women. Because these are very much influenced by astrological forces which affect all of us.

There has been studies about "greater male variability" mostly in intelligence. The average intelligence for men and women is basically the same. But most women are very close to the average, most are very close to the same IQ or intelligence as each other. Of course there are some who are geniouses or some who are retarded, but these are in much lower numbers. With men, they are spread out much more. Basically half of men are close to the average level, which is about the same as most women. A quarter of men are basically retarded or extremely dumb and are dumber than most men and almost all women. But many of these dumb men are still useful because hopefully they are strong enough to do some manual work. And the last quarter of men are smarter than most men and almost all women. It is not exactly half, quarter, amd quarter, but it is arranged in this type of shape and it is something close to this. There are some genius women, but it is not very common. There are some retarded women, but that also is not very common. There are a lot of genius men and a lot of retarded men.

I think this is mostly because of past life history, and the natural role that men and women have compared to each other. Women are automatically valuable by the fact that they are women and they can continue future generations. Men automatically are not valuable much at all, and they have to work to create their own value by the work that they do. A woman is important and valuable because she is a woman, and a man is important and valuable because he does important work and creates valuable things with the work that he does.

So for hundreds of years, men either work hard enough to become great and important and influential, and they become geniuses. Or they do nothing, accomplish nothing, barely survive, never have a family, and they can be retarded in their lifestyle. About half of men or more are just average, they live an average life with an average job and an average family.

Many women had the same average kind of life experiences, had an average family, took care of their children. Had other jobs like farming, teaching, nurses, doctors, or the types of jobs that many women still have today which is like doing paper work in a office. I think the women who are nurses or doctors today probably were usually the same ones who had these jobs in past lives. And same for men. I think many people continue doing the type of work that they have done before in past lives because they will have some natural talent or skill for this already.

Most women are not the genius billionaires or inventors or extremely important people, but they also are not the ditch diggers, the sewer workers, or any other of the most dangerous, physically difficult, or disgusting jobs. Women mostly have the medium level jobs which are physically confortable and take an average amount of mental work, like office work.

Why are there more Gods than Goddesses? At least, the ratio is about 5:1 in the Goetia. Maybe this is specific to the Goetia and normally the actual ratio is closer to even. I wanted to ask.

The actual Goetia, the Goddesses were made into males. Women-haters wrote it. Lady Pythia learned that many were in fact female (Astarte, Agares, etc), and High Priest did further work such as Ose, claimed to be male, is actually female (Eos); Uval is actually Hathor.

I looked into different pantheons and the gender ratio is much more balanced compared to Goetia.
Correct, because male-female is a normal 1:1 balance.

The roughly 5:1 ratio in the Goetia is after the correction. I didn't know that the actual ratio is balanced. Thank you for your answer, HPS Lydia!
