I have read on different websites that the universe is an act of spontaneuos parenthogenesis(?), which means that it willed itself into existence. However i could be entirely wrong, please feel free to correct me if i am.

You got good points, but what if the teleportation created a vacuum that pulled the truck forward really quickly? Might sound dumb to some, but it would make sense to me.

"Time travel" and "teleportation" are just terms used to say what possibly happened there. I just asked whether you think it's fake or not, since it has lots of stuff in it that makes me think it's actually real.

It's individual for everyone. You shouldnt worry about it. And I also noticed lots of "supernatural" things happening.  HAIL SATAN!! 

Don't worry. When your kundalini rises it basically picks up every problem that you internally have and brings it to the surface. Then you deal with it and move on to the next one. This process will make you less and less "fucked up". :-)
