No spiritual exercise is ever a waste. Even if you cannot immediately see or feel the result, every meditation, breathing exercise, yoga session and so on has an impact on your soul. Which may manifest immediately, or may only be felt sometime later. But it is never a waste.

Your mind however, is clearly suffering from a defeatist mindset given your insecurities regarding whether or not you should attempt to heal yourself. Your mind is bombarding you with doubts instead of instilling confidence on you.

Broaden any freeing working to include not just the mental side of this problem, but also any physical components as well. Alternatively, you can instead try to heal the physical damage. Either of these wouldn't be wasted efforts.

Does this problem happen when you do yoga, such as the entire routine? You can attempt to stabilize this problem through physical action alone, but it may require either pushing yourself to do your yoga entirely and/or seeing a chiropractor or TCM doctor for targeted support.

Lastly, you may want to look up yoga specifically to support the knees/legs and/or asanas which can be done simultaneously to leg injuries.

If you do both of these solutions (spiritual + physical support), that would strongly guarantee the resolution of this. I cannot judge entirely, but this problem does not seem that bad if it is only happening sporadically. Also, it is unclear to me what happens after any knee dislocations, such as what pain it causes you or how you fix it.

No, yoga helps quite a lot with the daily physical pain. Especially the positions that focus on the hamstring/back of the knee area

Normally after a dislocation theres a 2 week to 2 month period of recovery, where i keep it elevated & try to stay off it. The recovery seems to get longer and longer each time. It causes significant pain, along with shock when it initially happens.

Is there any physical activities aside from yoga you would recommend? I sometimes use some bike pedals but as i said I'm quite afraid of doing any more, but if it helps I'll go ahead and try

I am familiar with Saturn's energy that is not always a bad thing. This also is the way freeing the soul meditations tend to play out. With mental issues and some problems it gets worse sometimes way worse then suddenly better sometimes a solution is forced. No gaurentees this wouldn't play out this way with Uruz and wunjo too.

I don't believe Saturn is bad either, but I am hesitant to "prescribe" it so readily, especially with Nauthiz available. In your case, if you have certain placements that improve your "relationship" with Saturn, or if you are generally a cleaner and more advanced soul, then you will have much better outcomes.

I think an additional way to get better outcomes would be to deep clean yourself, perhaps even directing it at the parts of your soul that relate to your objectives specifically. This should make the karma could out much easier.

It also matters exactly where this problem is coming from, like if there is a clear natal origin. It may make sense to work on issues that are indirectly relevant before tackling more difficult ones. For example, strengthening one's general emotional resilience before attempting to resolve specific emotional issues.

Coming back to Saturn, I also believe having a strong (healthy) natal Saturn would also make someone able to more easily withstand karmic backlash without incurring large damages.

Yeah that is true. I always ask how clean someone is and what happens during a Saturn transit before suggesting anyone do the square.
As well as if they know what their Saturn represents. I also say if someone hasn't done it yet at all to just be aware of what might occur from their chart and if something bad starts to happen stop and do cleansing a lot with sun.

I have done a Saturn Square to get rid of the problems of my knees and worked just fine, no side effects of the square

Well my first instinct was Saturn because Saturn rules the knees but it makes sense not to use "more Saturn" to heal a Saturn body part. Just like I don't think it would be wise to apply Mars energy to heal sinus issues as it could further inflame them.
