Who wants? Show that you need, like and comment and you will get it. It can be even this way as It SG Alexandros Iowno explained, that will get those who gave, so don't be idle sitting and waiting until likes with comments will be done and decision to distribute will be made, because it may not come to public but personally to each who has participated.
