My main problem is my obsession over it. I have literally nothing to do but sit at home all day no car draw disability, etc. it’s for mental issues I have. Obsession is probably one among the list of many I have! Do you think the 40 day meditation program for beginners can help me get rid of obsessive energies? I did the very first aura cleanse and aura of protection this morning, and feel an alleviation of it of sorts. Or is that just wishful thinking?

Cleaning is very beneficial for the mind. It is good for you in every way. Keep it up.
