When I meditated I felt a warmth inside of me and in my chakras and brain....what does that mean? Help me understand what is happening to me.

It's your energy, nothing to be worried about.
It means that it is working, that's what it means. So, keep up.
Sometimes warmth around the specific chakras can be an indicator of blockage. That way, you shall work on restoring the energy flow in that specific chakra.
Sometimes opening of the specific chakra need to be done more than once.
