The V letter was also the sixth letter in the ancient Greek system. The UAO are the three vowels that go with this letter. The vowels are the soul or spirit power of the letter. I've wanted to do this mantra, but was unsure as to the pronunciation of "vuh".
Would it have the short or long vowel sound. Thanks for your help.

Actually no, 'vuuuuuh' sounds like "loose", not "up".
Its is vibrated in the solar chakra.

'voooooh' sounds like "open".
