I meditate almost everyday, now I'm not really motivated like that but I want to keep going, I love my meditations and I'm staying on task with them, but I've been lacking in my Rituals, could this be the reason, or the fact I'm not excited about concentrating really hard to clean my aura and it demotivates me?
