Could it be that I do some meditations or rituals lying down or standing because I can't sit in a chair for long? Especially lying down; maybe it's perceived as disrespect? But I don't do all the rituals lying down either. I just don't understand why I'm doing all this. Honestly, my motivation for spiritual work is waning. It would be okay if there was something positive, for example, my mood rose with energy, but on the contrary, I feel tired after which I don’t want to do anything anymore, I get tired, I have no mood to read or study anything, not to mention anything global.
