Rituals: there is no effect of meditation and rituals

Please tell me what's going on. I perform a group ritual of the Gods almost every day, and I've also done a 40-chart. These rituals sometimes ask for the Zeivists to be granted certain blessings or to heal ailments. I've also asked for help in these rituals or performed a separate ritual for help. But nothing happened or changed. I didn't know what to do or how to solve the problem. There was no response, and I perceived them as ignoring me or as being unworthy. I've done squares and mantras several times, and nothing happened either. I didn't understand anything or know what to do. So I want to ask if this is normal or what I'm doing wrong? Could it be that I do some meditations or rituals lying down or standing because I can't sit in a chair for long? Especially lying down; maybe it's perceived as disrespect? But I don't do all the rituals lying down either. I just don't understand why I'm doing all this. Honestly, my motivation for spiritual work is waning. It would be okay if there was something positive, for example, my mood rose with energy, but on the contrary, I feel tired after which I don’t want to do anything anymore, I get tired, I have no mood to read or study anything, not to mention anything global.

It doesn't work that way. You have to take action on the material level as well as the spiritual one.

Problems take time, action, and dedication to resolve. No one will do this for you.

The gods won’t come down to you and solve your problems with a snap of their fingers.

First you ask for help, and then you reject it. The gods tell you to take action, and you say, “I don’t feel like doing anything”; they guide you toward the knowledge needed to solve the problem, and you say, “I don’t feel like studying or reading.”

It’s not that the gods aren’t helping you, don’t consider you worthy, are ignoring you, or won’t help you—it’s you who are refusing to be helped.
