If let's say I use SURYAE daily for protection but I decide to then start a SUN SQUARE and carry on with both , will the fact that I use Suryae mantra for AOP influence the number of vibration in the square or It will be fine ?

Just use SURYAE.

For instance, you could use the rune Sowilo for say, energy, in the beginning of the day, and then use it later for protection in a different working.
