Good evening, Brothers and Sisters. I want to start with the 6 month program, I just wanted to find out, where it says:
"It is important to follow the instructions for each day and only do the meditations given. "
Now A/C, A/P and V/M is must everyday, but what about my other meditation, chakra spinning, Kundalini, Wings meditation... Do I need to leave them out until I'm done with the 6 months program? And aura cleaning, protection aura and void mediation? (Just double checking)
