On some pages it says the aura should extend a few inches away from your body.
But I've always preferred a few feet away, which felt more natural and less constricting.
Am I dissipating energy by doing this, or being energetically inefficient?
I've also wondered if changing the shape of the aura would have an effect.
For example, imagining a cube shaped energy while using ISA for self-control - or would this be counterproductive?
