Personally I chose Saturday as a day for this, as also something personal with our Father God for the day of rest.
I prepare myself a bit and I chant it in on myself from my Book of the Shadows/Black Book, very positive energies.
When I read things from my Black Book, such as Al-Jilwah, Psalm, Prayers, ecc... I feel something that is beyond ages, planets, stars and universe itself. Hard to explain, it should be experienced.
This can easily be more effective than 5 hours of meditation on Ether.
If you have the possibility, having a phisical Black Book is really beautiful.
I noticed how it starts with 1 AUM, 4 SATANAMA, and ends with 4 and 1 (1;4 4;1).
