This may seem like a dumb question but what should I visualize for mediations involving the serpents and kundalini? Should I visualize the animal exactly or should I visualize a light in the form of a snake or a combination? I've obvious I've never done any of the serpent meditations but with the kundalini I usually visualize a golden and silver gold cobra running up my back. Is that "right" please help.

Since no one else has replied, I'll throw in my two cents: I visualize the snake as white-gold energy, shaped just like a serpent.

I as well visualize a an intense white gold snake curving up my spine that is gold too.
I visualized it a bit more detailed but because being creative really helps me a lot in my meditations.
Ur doing it good and visualize what helps u make it easier.
