Have sciatica pain on left side. Picking up anything heavy some times hurts can feel it on lower back.
Not sure if it is the muscle on buttocks part.
Reason saying that because most my pain is on butt cheek and behind my knee.
Any home workings can do for it?
Read about it. Most doctors will send you to chiropractor or/and to physical therapist. Last would be surgery. Won't do surgery for sure.

You don't need workings, you need to understand why there is pain. Is it weak glutes? Poor posture? Poor core strength? Go on youtube, most videos will tell you how to fix it.

I understand, been looking at different. There more choices then thought.
