Satanama

I've been reading Mr. HP Don's posts about Satanama and its benefits and am very interested.

I have searched the forum and haven't really found this answer, and I have watched and listened to some online who do this, but I'd like help making sure I'm doing this correctly. I did it last night with some mentally energizing results, but realized I should make sure these random people online have shown correctly, so I'm not wasting time, or worse ... this is what I did, feel free to correct anything or add your own suggestions:

Did Sah - Tah - Nah - Mah ... all in one breath, broken up evenly and I pronounced the S like a normal S just longer, and the T like a normal English T, many times while thumb touches index finger, then middle finger and all the way to pinky (for each syllable) and starting over for the many reps

Am I doing this right?

The video is correct, the fingers must follow the order so the TA and NA in the image are actualy switched.

Something to consider SATA is placed in the crown its the name of the crown charka in Hinduism. NAMA is paying homage to Sata.

If you want something else to consider what number is called Satan in Sanskrit.....

The sata nahmah makes sense of what u previously said on the older forum about satanas satnam satanama being the correct one instead of the shivaya nahmah one
