A lot of problems members (and people in general) have are caused by, or related directly to: blocked, dirty, or defunct chakras.

Occult texts say “sing to the Gods” or “sing to the 7 Gods”, this is allegorical for your chakras. You need to sing to them daily: mantra work, but in full attention and making it a sacred act. Singing is not plain speech, it is created with applied effort and technique. The texts do not imply merely vibrating mantras in to the chakras, using specific techniques is needed.

I want all of you to begin taking your advancement more seriously. Clean your chakras as needed, generally with the sweeping light method and then do rounds of deep cleaning every so often. You can’t go full-out with deep cleaning every day for months on end with no break, you will exhaust your chakras. Recovery is essential. You can do a deep clean every Saturday, and then on a Witches Sabbat clean daily for 7 days, or 14/21/28 days. The day/night before a New Moon is also a good time for a one-time cleanse.

After you clean with a mantra, for each chakra, do a sweeping method but focusing on sweeping out any dross. It often comes in chunks, shapes, chains. Draw all this out, as much as you reasonably can, then visualize the chakra as bright and healthy. Then move on to the next chakra. Focus fully on one chakra at a time. If you can’t do all chakras in a row, you can definitely take a break of an hour or so in between. Do something else, but try to do a deep clean of them all, at least once weekly.

For empowering the chakras, you can do all in a day, or just the chakra of the day. If you are new and/or feel unbalanced, then do small reps on every chakra daily, this can be done in under 10 minutes without the breathing exercises. You can do 7 reps per chakra. The Aum mantras are great for balancing the chakras. You can do this (low reps for all chakras daily) for a few months or years if it’s right for you in your Path for that time. After you work on all 7, you can affirm once “All my chakras are balanced, healthy, and functioning properly in every way”.

Once your chakras are more balanced, you can work on just the chakra of the day. Treat this as a sacred daily ritual. If you can, do it during the planetary hour of the planetary day; if you can’t, then any time of the planetary day, but be consistent. Focus fully on the chakra of the day.

When you work on the chakras, it is right there in the ToZ: Do the correlating pranayam first, then focus on the chakra. Nowhere does it say to mindlessly tune out and blast 108 repetitions into the chakra; in fact, Lady Pythia specified to vibrate the mantra a few times. When done correctly, you don’t need large reps.

Do the breathing exercise, then breathe in the color of the chakra into the chakra (draw the energy in through your body directly into the chakra), then vibrate the mantra on your exhale. After, focus on your chakra, and only on your chakra. See your chakra, visualize it as bright and healthy. After, you can affirm once “My [name of chakra] is completely healthy, strong, and functioning properly in every way”.

The healthier and stronger your chakras are, the better your life will go. You will be able to live more fully, you will be more you as a unique individual, expressing your personality in a stronger and healthier way, more freely. You will be able to handle life better, and of course your intuition and communication with our Gods will be heightened. You will be physically healthier, and spiritually stronger.

Treat your chakras as sacred, like they are precious gemstones with magickal abilities gifted to you by our Gods. Because that’s what they are.

The Aum mantras are great for balancing the chakras.

Just to clarify, by "Aum mantras" do you mean the magical squares vibrations, with each planet, star or satellite representing a specific chakra?

It's been ongoing for the whole two years I've had a program going. I feel like I can't hold a bright enough light or keep my awareness fixed on where the chakra is. I try very hard to do it as perfectly as possible and then get stressed that it doesn't go as well as I want. Causing me to spend more time on each chakra than I probably need to and getting frustrated.

An interesting thing is that I can create a sensation of lightness or like being tickled in most of my chakras, as if I'm feeling the light. But the intensity, brightness and saturation of the light I visualize doesn't feel good enough.

2 years isn't very long. Just keep going, and don't allow yourself to feel stressed out. Tell yourself that 2 years is hardly anything, it takes longer for the chakras to become powerful.

Thank you HPS Lydia for the advice about using the post yoga energy buzz, I always just meditated on that energy and didn't really do anything with it, the effects on my base chakra were instant, still a long way to go but I at least feel this working which is a big improvement for me.

I'm glad you're seeing an improvement already :)

Muito enriquecedor , Não estou muito familiarizado com alguma meditação, tem link?

Hello, I'm new, could you help me? Would the sweeping light method be a simple aura cleansing? The one done daily? Is the deep cleansing done with a rosary? How many times should I repeat each chakra? I don't really know how to do it, I didn't understand the step by step well, I've read it about 5 times, I know that for cleansing you need a solar mantra. (I apologize for any mistakes, as I don't know English)

Hello, welcome to the the forums :)

Yes the sweeping light method is simple, and can be done any time. For deep cleaning with a mantra, you can use a rosary/mala, or just count on your fingers if you do less repetitions. Start with 2 or 3 repetitions for each chakra, as you are new, and work up to 7, which is a power number for cleaning and purity. When you have more experience you can use higher numbers.

Yes it does, but doing the chakra of the day meditation (with the specific mantra and meditating on the chakra after) will empower each chakra more fully.

Just one more question. If I was doing Raum meditation and advanced chakra spinning(speaking about chakra empowering) and I now deciding to replace advanced chakra spinning with each chakra of the day empowerment. Is this a good choice or I should keep with advanced spinning? Due to lack of time I can't add on top.

Spinning only takes a few moments, and after a while they always spin unless deliberately stopped. Spinning a chakra raises its frequency, but it doesn't do anything else; whereas the chakra meditation develops the attributes of the chakra, strengthening it, and advances the individual.

Okay thanks. I'll see how I can do it in shorter time. Because I was now combining advanced chakra spinning with complete breath, everyone rep of breath was for every chakra one by one while on exhalation spinning at light of speed, till the top, and then again from the base to the crown - three sets. It was taking above 6 minutes.

Thank you for this wisdom on the chakras, High Priestess Lydia. I wondered if cleaning with Vissudhi every day, seven times in each chakra, and meditating for 30 minutes on each chakra after doing 10 reps of planetary mantras on them every day, is good. I feel fine so far; I've been doing this for a couple of months. (I was told 20 minutes on each might be better for me)

Hello, since you are already a member and seem to already practice, could you answer a silly question for me? Doesn't the sweeping method start from the crown chakra to the base chakra? (from top to bottom) but after the part where it says "visualize the chakra bright and healthy" do you go to the next one as you should imagine? (from left to right)?

So before I was doing 108-216 Surya...followed by 3 breathing exercises...I stuck with this for about 2 years as of recent I've been doing:

108 reps Surya
All 9 of the Beginning Breathing Exercises
Followed by 1-2 Rune Triads
Then Finishing with Hatha Yoga...

So was that too much? Sometimes I would fall asleep during the breathing exercises and during the Rune Triads...id literally just pass out and Sometimes get mad at the fact that it happened...im also currently in the middle of The Mercury Square....

I have a hard time spinning them, I feel like I try to visualize them spinning straight up or down and I can't keep them in a straight line...I have no problem visualizing my throat chakra doing it tho! Also! I have a question about the Heart Chakra spin! Would you visualize it like the Yoni spinning directly over your chest (laying on it like Supermans symbol) or would you visualize it kinda like a disc spinning in the center of your chest?

The chakras require serious work to advance spiritually.

They need to be deeply purified to function properly and be empowered.

I personally work on all the chakras, including some minor ones, using the Raum vibration for purification and the Thurisaz (Thaur) rune for strengthening them.

Ultimately, it's a matter of awareness of the soul's internal energy when working with the chakras, and this can depend on many factors.

Astrological factors, life events, and the strength of the planets that govern the chakra in question can significantly impact that part of the soul at certain times.

I personally practice power meditation on all the chakras every day to maintain them at their best, including working directly on the pineal gland to fully enhance the sixth chakra.

It's true that the Urüz rune can be used to improve the body's energetic resistance to the increased energy that comes from working on the chakras, but it can also be used to help them absorb energy from the Sun.

Fully opening the chakras to raise the Kundalini can take many years, depending on the soul. The body must also be strong and flexible to have healthy chakras for the Serpent's ascent to be safe.

Hey there, yes, the sweeping method goes from top to bottom. Yes, you focus on one chakra, light it up, then move on to the next one and do the same. Personally, when cleaning chakras, I like to go from bottom to top, but if you are newer to advancement, then top to bottom is better.

9 breathing exercises every day? That's completely unnecessary. Only do what you feel you need to do, when you feel you need to do it. And when you do them, space them out, not all in one session.

Thank you very much High Priestess Lydia, It's a great sermon (y)
It is very important to cleanse the chakras every day.

I feel the upper chakras better than the lower ones whenever I focus on them.

I came to the conclusion that a person's fate also depends on the purity of the chakras.

Those people who have purer chakras have fewer problems in life and at work, in love, and in everything else.

When a person has to work hard at work, I think it's also related to with the purity of the chakras, for example, I am usually overwhelmed with work at my job, there is a lot of work, but there are some people who occupy the same position and higher (in other departments) and they work quietly, they are not overwhelmed with work, in other words, they do not work until night, although I really want to see how one colleague who is constantly being promoted he doesn't work much, is lazy and generally incompetent, can only talk with his tongue, I hope he will be overwhelmed with work for at least 1 day, as I am overwhelmed almost every day, but when I do a complete cleansing of the chakras, There's less work, and lately I've been getting better at staying out don't until late at night or late at night.

When I've been carefully cleansing each chakra for the last 2-3 days, I haven't had much work for the last 3 days, but since I was on a remote, I even managed to take a nap in the afternoon, the truth is that I just passed out for a while because I didn't get enough sleep.

Pure chakras influence and change fate (from bad to good) both in the short term and on a permanent basis, if they are kept clean.

Since I was born into a poor family, I have always felt a strong injustice towards myself and towards other people whose families also experienced financial difficulties.

When I was in junior high school, I remember meeting a classmate in a toy store who really wanted to buy a toy for himself, but his parents were poor, there was something similar with my parents, the toys that I really wanted to buy were usually bought by richer parents to their children, in any case, it caused envy and the desire to earn so much money that there is always enough for those material goods that are required for life.

In any case, when you are a child, you perfectly see and feel material prosperity (wealth), or material lack of prosperity (poverty).

Therefore, it is better to always have pure chakras, I believe this will allow you to be born into a rich family and not experience the financial problems that poor people or the middle class experience.

I guess that it will be impossible to be born into a poor family with pure lower chakras (basic, sacred and solar).

Since the solar chakra is responsible for wealth, it is necessary that it be purified and strong first of all!!!
It is important to remember that the solar chakra supports all the others and is the foundation for the rest of the chakras!

I also noticed that rich people have fewer problems with women.

In general, you need to be born, become and be rich, but this requires pure and strong chakras.

I recently participated in work event at my job, everyone except me was the highest-level boss, as a result of this training, I almost scored the most points and beat corporate monsters (who, unlike me, are real millionaires), I was once again convinced that I have no less abilities, than these people who have achieved phenomenal success in their careers and earn a lot of money.

The difference between these rich people and everyone else is that these people have a very strong solar chakra, the influence of which was clearly expressed at the event.

I hope that winning such events will advance my career and allow me to take the position that I really want to take.

HR managers liked me, maybe they will explain to the stupid management at my job that I need to be promoted, and not any woodpeckers who do not have talent for management and whom I would dismiss at least for incompetence.

I'm not the boss at my job, but I already have some people under my command who hold the same position as me, and I'm very attentive to these people and take care of them, unlike bosses who don't give a damn about me or them.

When I reach a career position in my job, I will be a better and more fair boss than other bosses in the company I work for. Unlike them, I have a human face, I'm fair and I care about other people.
