Left side is fat right side is empty. Help me fix it.

You also should do yoga daily. Yoga allows energy to flow freely through your body and will fix energy blockages over time. Hatha and kundalini yoga routines are available in Library of Thoth.

You can also do the namaste mudra. The namaste mudra balances energy between the left and right sides of the body. The namaste mudra was corrupted into the christian prayer position.
