You don't even know the baby's chart as it is still unborn, what exactly are you trying to remove?
I wouldn't do any energy work aside from aura cleaning and protection on an infant, they are too weak and vulnerable, one can very easily overload them with energy.

She can still do working to make sure the baby will be healthy for example and any type of working that will make the baby life easier.
