Can we use the Ansuz rune for a full working to detach unwanted people from our Auras and chakras? Does this also work with people who are psychic vampires also? What other methods can we use for this kind of thing?

It is simply a means to keep count. There are other methods and using any method that suits your situation is fine.

You can use a "click-counterExternal ↗" (which are easy to get), or make your own rosary necklace (which also is easy to do). They are really effective for keeping count, unless you have another method that works well for you.

This should be done for 9, 18, or 40 consecutive days. You can work with one or more runes, but using just one is efficient, especially if you are short on time or new to these types of workings. Starting small and gradually building up to higher repetitions is advisable as you gain experience and can handle more energy.
Use the runes Uruz, Ansuz, and/or Algiz. Choose a number of repetitions you wish to vibrate each day. The chosen number should be repeated daily for the duration of your consecutive days in this working:
Vibrate Uruz x9 or x18 times.

as far as I know, you should work on removing one person at once. If you do too many it can compromise the effectiveness of the spell
