I have a theory I want to try what mantras can I use (EXTERNALLY)to remove enemy programing from something or someone - it has to be an external mantra

You cannot do this as you intend it. One cannot "work" on other people.
If this were possible, we would have already solved the enemy issue. The enemy's program acts on "mechanisms" in a very profound way. To help people in this regard, advancing and participating in spiritual warfare is the best way to do this.
Active HelperYou can evoke energy in others, but the above goal is impossible when the trajectory of the target is not aligned with your intent. A prime example of a fruitless effort.
You can put an aura around your loved one or pet and clean their aura and chakras and heal them, but you cannot do something extreme as removing programming from someone.
