are persians/iranians racially compatible with north india people?

What about the other 60% of Iranians? Such as those more closer to the border or who migrated inbetween (e.g., Sherlyn Chopra).
Many North Indians also have coloured eyes, and are white skinned, although they do not share the same phenotype. Are the "similar looking one's" compatible?
