Question #4457: What are the signs of a new relationship in predictive charts?

I didn't noticed anything mentioned like this before, other than a planet being on 0 degrees libra is oftentimes an indicator of a new relationship. I'm new in astrology and still figuring things out, and interested in knowing if I'm gonna have a relationship in the future or not, I dunno what signs should I look for. I'm thinking like signs as in what to look for in solar returns, lunar returns, progressions or transits. I'm attracted to males if that matters.
