If I have a T-shaped build and my shoulders are much wider than my hips, but on the chakra diagram, the hip and shoulder chakras have an arrangement where the hip chakras are much wider than the shoulder chakras.
So the shoulder chakras are closer to the body, or the hip chakras are outside the body.
If to rely on sensations then the chakras of shoulders are in shoulders that does not quite correspond to the diagram, is it normal?
A diagram will never encompass every body type. The shoulder chakras are in the shoulders.
Neither. Not everybody's body is shaped exactly the same way. The diagram shows where they are in a body that shape.
The chakras adjust to the body. Our soul is not a template where a body just put on it, because with this logic somebody who is 2m tall would have their crown chakra at throat level or a midget having their solar chakra in the head.
Shoulder chakras are felt electric in the upper bone and then pouring down from the shoulder muscle. You can focus the light on the most upper part of the shoulder.

Where exactly is it pointing in the 3D sense? Towards the heart chakra?
