The regent in my natal chart is Venus retrograde and is right on the cusp of the house 10 to 29 degrees and in conjunction with Mercury, the second regent that is Pluto in Libra is also retrograde.
Then apart the 3 planets that I have in the house 12 with Virgo on the cusp that are Mars, Saturn and Jupiter are aspected to Venus.
It has always been impossible for me to find a professional career and I have also had serious difficulties in relationships with people.
What can I do to remove the negative karma? I have been doing works to obliterate Saturn but I have only noticed a slight improvement.

Karma can be removed through cleansing your soul, but it takes time to do so.
Keep working toward your goals, and keep meditating, through willingness and perseverance, you can achieve your goals, even if "karma" is present.
