In most anime stuff our male demons usually appear gender swapped and turned into girls which I guess it's just to make them more cute and appealing to the viewer. There are also some where Astaroth or other female demons are depicted as males and not as females but I guess that is because of the grimoires saying they're males which they're not. But otherwise they are represented in a respectful way. Would the gods still dislike this? What would they think about a Zevist who watches anime like that?

I think the Gods don't think anything wrong.
The Anime genre itself is an art, although not all people like Anime, but it's okay.
If you like anime than watch it, but leave the Gods out if it. There are a lot of animes that have demons, gods, spirits, and so on. What's more important is not to allow yourself to be influenced by false representations.
